Vintage Capital Partners is a private real estate investment and development firm that invests in a diverse group of real estate assets primarily in the Dallas - Fort Worth area.

In 2005, the partners launched Vintage Fund I, a $30 million real estate investment fund. Vintage Fund I's objective is to invest in a portfolio of properties through the acquisition and development. The Fund will maximize property value through redevelopment, first class operation and efficient management of real estate assets. Our approach focuses on "value-oriented" investments. Investments by Fund I may take the form of fee simple ownership, preferred equity, senior debt, margin debt or leaseholds, and may be controlling or non-controlling interests.

Vintage Fund I acquires or develops various assets including office buildings, retail centers, multi-family residential, raw land, student housing, industrial and hospitality with strong fundamental characteristics in terms of physical structure, market location and value-add, development, redevelopment and financing. Fund I will also take advantage by creating management efficiencies and improvements in the capital structure.
