Vintage Capital Partners launched Vintage Fund I, L.P., a private equity investment fund in December 2005.
The principals raised $30 million in equity capital during the fourth quarter of 2005, initially closing on December 5, 2005. Since that time, the Fund has acquired 17 real estate assets with a combination of debt and equity totaling more than $60 million. In just over two years, the Fund has invested 95% of its committed capital and has returned over 50% of investor's equity. Vintage Fund I has reached capacity for new investments and the principals are actively pursuing Vintage Fund II.
