Vintage Capital Partners is a private real estate investment and development firm formed in 2002, that invests in real estate assets in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Vintage's primary focus is the office, raw land, industrial and select multi-family residential markets. Since it's inception, Vintage has invested over $6 million of equity, before Vintage Fund I was launched in 2005.
