Craig L. Kelly, a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, is a co-founder of Vintage Capital Partners and he has over 20 years experience in real estate. His expertise lies in acquisition, brokerage and management.
From 1992 to 2007, Mr. Kelly was a partner in Kelly, Geren & Searcy, a full service real estate company that is currently affiliated with Coldwell Banker Commercial. Mr. Kelly also formed 312 Management, a commercial and multi-family residential management company as well as VCP Development, a construction management company.
Since 1993, Mr. Kelly has successfully closed, over $100 million of commercial real estate investments. In 2003, the Business Press awarded Mr. Kelly the prestigious “40 Under 40” award, an award bestowed annually to the top forty Fort Worth businessmen under forty years of age.
Mr. Kelly is a member of Leadership Fort Worth, Society of Commercial Realtors, the Texas Real Estate Commission and he served on the City of Fort Worth Planning Commission. Further, Mr. Kelly sits on several boards including Trinity National Bank, The Van Cliburn Foundation and DFW Center of Autism.
