Vintage Capital Partners

 

Vintage Capital Partners is a private real estate investment and development firm that primarily invests in real estate assets such as office buildings, retail centers, land, industrial buildings, multi-family residential, student housing and hotels.

Vintage Capital Partners launched Vintage Fund I, a real estate investment fund, in late 2005. The Fund's objective was to invest in a targeted portfolio of properties through the acquisition, redevelopment, operation and management of real estate assets, primarily using a "value-oriented" investment approach. Investments by the Fund may take the form of fee simple ownership, preferred equity, senior debt, margin debt or leaseholds. Fund I has taken advantage of changing conditions in the market place and has created management efficiencies and improvements in the capital structure.

Vintage Fund I has purchased twenty four properties, five of which have sold for a healthy return to the investors.
