The Fund acquired a 34% limited partner interest in the Ashton Hotel. At acquisition, the hotel averaged 70 percent occupancy, trending up. The investment strategy is to increase occupancy in the near term, broaden the hotel's awareness through expanded marketing and make limited capital improvements that we expect will have a significant impact on the hotel. The improvements include flat panel TVs and upgraded sound systems in every guest room, some minor modifications in the lobby and dining areas, and new state of the art exercise equipment. We expect these changes will increase occupancy in the near term.
